For Asymptomatic, mild and moderate patient&#8217;s- 7 day isolation at home with self monitoring advised after discharge<br \/>\n(Previously 14 days Home quarantine after discharge)<\/p>\n<p>2. Clause of &#8220;14 days Home quarantine&#8221; for severe patient&#8217;s after discharge has been deleted as per GOI guidelines<\/p>\n<p>3. Release from &#8216;home care&#8217; criteria has been included<\/p>\n<p>4.
